We provide fast efficient and reliable same day Notary Public and Commissioner for Oath Services for a variety of areas, including true copy certification, degrees, transcripts, work permits, birth certificates, marriage/divorce certificates, Consent to Travel, Affidavit, Statutory Declaration, Land Title Documents, Out of province Real Estate conveyancing documents, Wills, and more.
MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES:
We provide mobile notary services subject to distance limitations and availability of Notary. Additional charges will be applicable for mobile notary services. To book our mobile notary services, please call our office.

Notarization & Comissioning(Simple Notarization)
1st document/signature is $49.99(plus GST), and each additional document/signature is $10.00 in the same appointment (THESE PRICES ARE PER PERSON).
NOTE
Above mentioned rates do not apply to agreements and transfer of land documents/Assets/Shares,Will, POA, Personal Directives and ID agency agreements.
For out-of-the-province real estate documents and any kind of Agreements, please call for a quote.

We accept Debit, E-transfer and cash. Email money transfer, debit card and credit card (3.8% surcharge for credit cards and a .50% surcharge for debit cards)
